How does one process <all the information> happening in the world right now?
When I’m not hibernating and alone in my little space – I’m insanely irritable, sad, anxious…I feel like there’s wet concrete hardening in my stomach…too much stress. I can barely scroll though headlines let alone reading articles, listening to news reports, seeing graphic war photos, watching graphic war videos. I just can’t.
