My first prime rib roast. Fresh from Davies Hillside Farm in Springville. Yum.

As in all things Jenny…I hodgepodged! Rolled the roast covered with macadamia nut oil in sage parsley thyme rosemary chives. Poked holes and stuffed with garlic and topped with salt & pepper. Roasted low at 250 until temp was rare at 115. Let rest for 30 min – HWMMS added a 1/2 stick of butter. Put back in super hot oven at 500 for 10 min.
