For those with asthma or bronchitis or anxiety (um, I am all of the above…) I HIGHLY recommend buying one of these little Oxygen Breathing Thingy devices for piece of mind. It has literally been a breath of fresh air lifesaving reality check since I’ve been sick.

I bought mine a week or so (maybe more, the days are all running together…) from Amazon for maybe $15? Or was it Walmart? I forget. All I know is NOW when I just went to look and link the cheapest one I found is twice as much.

Since I can’t be tested of Covid-19 and this makes me paranoid and anxious and then I can’t tell if I can’t breathe because I’m paranoid and anxious or one of the people who made it to the two week mark and started to get worse…yeah, this has been PIECE OF MIND.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

I take my temperature several times a day, do this finger check several times a day and use my nebulizer several times a day. AND STAY HOME AND AWAY FROM PEOPLE.
