Last weekend my friend Cat mentioned she was learning how to make Pasta Carbonara. Mmm. Pasta. Cheese. Bacon. Wait, I’ve never actually made pasta carbonara either!
So I did.
I used this recipe mostly. With additions.
Pasta Carbonara
- Boil spaghetti and peas.
- Whisk 4 eggs, 1 cup Romano/Parmesan cheese, salt, pepper & green onion. Set aside.
- Saute mushrooms, bacon, garlic with butter.
- Add all to giant pot and stir.
- Eat.
Yum.
