Last weekend my friend Cat mentioned she was learning how to make Pasta Carbonara. Mmm. Pasta. Cheese. Bacon. Wait, I’ve never actually made pasta carbonara either!

So I did.

I used this recipe mostly. With additions.

Pasta Carbonara

  • Boil spaghetti and peas.
  • Whisk 4 eggs, 1 cup Romano/Parmesan cheese, salt, pepper & green onion. Set aside.
  • Saute mushrooms, bacon, garlic with butter.
  • Add all to giant pot and stir.
  • Eat.
