On this non Bills gameday, I spent the afternoon organizing the pantry. Bi-annual tradition!
The pantry is one of my favorite parts of Weber Wonderland. One of the first things we did upon moving in was replacing the wooden door and adding a bright red screen door so you can see inside. Because ALL THE JARS!
I discovered I currently have, um, 5 different flours. Crap, that’s not the full truth.
- Plain Ol’ Flour
- Bread Flour
- Whole Wheat Flour
- Barley Flour
- Rye Pumpernickel
- Medium Rye
- And honestly, I usually have cake/pastry flour too.
- Corn flour doesn’t count, does it?
I want to add a few nut flours and coffee flour to the mix.
I also confirmed I am fully stocked up on Salad Cream and Cherry Chip Cake mix. I have many boxes of Cherry Jello and Orange Jello (which is odd?) and Lemon Jello (still!) but NO LIME!
ASIDE: Holy Jello! I just looked up JELLO in my Flickr account, seeking out that one photo I took years ago of way too much Lemon Jello and um, I have 77 photos tagged Jello. 77! Most are from my visit to the Jello Museum but still…
And now, off to update the spreadsheet and shop online. Must be fully stocked!
