Ah, early to bed…early to…not rise?

Me: It feels like Saturday,

HWMMS: Nyah, more like Wednesday.

Narrator: Today is Thursday.

The word “unprecedented” followed by the word “times” MAKES ME STABBY.

A printer I used ONCE sent me a heartfelt (mass) email today, mentioning that if I wasn’t ready to do any printing, I could just call if I needed to talk. I literally have no relationship with this company. Creepy.

The NFL Schedule is out today. Sigh. I don’t want to look at the football schedule, it implies that there’s going to be a season this year…and I’m not so sure there will be.

So what did I do TODAY? Well…

I played with the dandelions I picked yesterday while the sun was shining. Pluck all the yellow! THIS IS THE YEAR I’m going to try dandelion wine. I am am I am I am.

And I decided to make two baked spaghetti dishes (this time I won’t add vanilla greek yogurt by accident, YUCK.)

HWMMS is fond of red sauce. I like white better. All I added was a few eggs into the sauce and Parmesan cheese. I topped the pasta off with fresh sauteed oyster mushrooms & garlic.

And smothered with mozzarella cheese.

Baked for 45 minutes. (Or so?)

Sometimes I think I put too much garlic in things I make…and then I laugh and laugh because there’s no such thing as TOO MUCH GARLIC! However, I *might* have reached a point of too much Parmesan cheese.  Who knew that could be possible?

Dinner and Lunch and Breakfast and Snack for the next few days. I think I’m good in the kitchen until Sunday.
