Someo

Since HWMMS and I both (sort of) had last days of work scheduled on Wednesday, I offered up the idea that we hit Seabar for a celebration. He agreed.

Since Mike A. recently beat Bobby Flay (SeaBar’s Chef Andrzejewski bests Bobby Flay on Food Network) all the talk of the town has been the Loco Moco. I actually didn’t see the episode (for shame! for shame!) but I know I pretty much LOVE that dish and couldn’t stop thinking about it. Seriously, put a delicious dippy egg on pretty much anything and my taste buds are elevated into their happiest zone. And when you add the ever popular Beef on Weck roll which is also a MUST TRY, well it’s pretty unforgettable. Trust me.

One of these days I’m gonna walk in with $200 and just order a dozen rolls off the menu.

I love the Spicy Tuna & Tiger Eye but this time we ordered Tempura Shrimp. I seriously could have had two more orders myself. SO DELICIOUS. HWMMS wanted the Pork & Shrimp Shumai.

All I can think of is going back for more. SO DELICIOUS. If you’ve never been GET THERE. It is hands down one of my top favorite restaurants to visit.
