Thursday.

Thursday. I’m blessed to have a flexible hybrid schedule at work. AND the ability to work FT because $$$!

My on-site days are Tues/Thurs which is incredibly accommodating for my chronic illnesses/disabilities. Yesterday, I came in for our afterschool Halloween party, which meant many hours in a row on my feet. My legs, ow. <I miss the old me that was just tired at the end of a 12 hour on my feet day instead of in pain after only a few hours>

So today, Harley is the on-call emotional support on staff while mama does database work in the lounge with her legs elevated <damn psoriatic arthritis> in between greeting groups of students.

And no meetings today! Unheard of!

Also HWMMS is onsite with us working in the metalshop so if I need to sneak away Harley will be just fine.
